UK Delivery

 

We offer reliable UK-wide delivery for both business and personal orders.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout and depend on the size and weight of your order.

 

 

Processing Time

  • Most personalised items are dispatched within 3–7 working days.

  • Larger or bulk business orders may take longer — we’ll confirm your timeframe during your design call.

  • Urgent orders may be possible; please email us after placing your order to check availability.

 

 

Tracking

 

Some orders are sent with tracking depending on the courier used. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

 

 

Local Collection

 

We offer a local collection option for customers who prefer to pick up their orders.

Collection details are provided once your order is ready.

 

 

Returns

 

 

Personalised & Custom Items

 

All personalised items are made to order, so they are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

 

  • The item arrives faulty,

  • The item is damaged in transit, or

  • You receive the incorrect item.

 

Please check all proofs and design confirmations carefully before approving your design, as printing begins only after your approval.

 

 

Reporting an Issue

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email landaenquiries@gmail.com within 48 hours with:

 

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

 

We will resolve the issue quickly and professionally.

 

 

Non-Custom Items

 

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

 

 

Exchanges

 

Because all custom items are made to order, exchanges are not available unless the item is faulty.
